Here to help anytime, anywhere

We cannot advise strongly enough that everyone should comply with the executive order enters by Governor Murphy today l, March 21, 2020. We all need to take whatever steps, and make whatever temporary sacrifices, we can to eradicate COVID-19.

Governor Murphy ordered the immediate closure of many businesses. Out of an abundance of caution and in compliance with the directive, firm operations will be conducted remotely to the extent possible. Office hours will be limited. However, The Durst Firm remains open for business and is available to address your family law needs.

Calls and voicemails will be rerouted to cell phones. Having largely transitioned to a cloud based case management platform, case files are accessible anytime, anywhere. Documents can be exchanged by fax or email. New client consultations can be conducted by phone or video conference.

As we navigate these waters The Durst Firm remains focused on family law.
