How do I know if my attorney is qualified to represent me?

Making sure your attorney is qualified to handle your family laws matter is a critical first step in deciding which attorney to hire.  There are many on-line resources you can consult and you should also rely on the recommendations of family, friends, and co-workers who may be going through a divorce.  There is no “right” attorney. What is important is getting the right attorney for your particular case.
